A special thanks to Yumi-San & her husband (Taeko's best friend from college) who took us out to a wonderful restaurant called Ukai. They specialize in fresh tofu and sashimi. It was like a 7 course dinner and everything was "oyi shi" (very tasty)!
This is from the wonderfully manicured Japanese gardens within our hotel, The New Otani. Japan, for now we must say "sayonara" and "arigato gosaimasu" (goodbye and thank you very much)! You've been so great to us! We will always have wonderful memories of our time together! As for tomorrow, we are off to Korea! :0)
